High Dynamic 2 Section 4 Way Multicoupler

WSDU-2X4R is a wideband multicoupler which distributes signals from 2 common inputs to 4 outputs without loss in level. The compact device has high dynamic and covers the frequency range 100 kHz … 4000 MHz. Thus WSDU-2X4R is special suitable for the distribution of broadcast signals from long wave range up to the UHF range. WSDU-2X4R is available in variants for power supply with mains voltage or DC voltage and optional for V/UHF applications with integrated high pass filters in each section input. An integrated monitoring port enables interrupt free checking and maintenance in complex systems.

Active, Lossless Signal Distribution

The input signals are amplified with broadband, low-noise amplifiers and distributed lossless in level to four outputs in the range 100 kHz to 4000 MHz in each section. Due to the high bandwidth, the multicoupler is suitable for the distribution of all common broadcasting standards and their transmission in the frequency division multiplex. In this way costs for RF cables and their installation in buildings can be saved. 

Ultra-low Jitter

The added jitter caused by the distribution unit is extremely low and therefore suitable for applications with requirements in the femto clock range.

Compact Design

The devices of the WSDU-Series have compact and rugged 19“, 1 U design and therefore suitable for the integration into 19“ system racks.


The multicoupler WSDU-2X4R is used in test and validation of infotainment components in product development, production and quality assurance such as radio monitoring and direction finding.
