RSWM-4X4ER is an extremely wideband, non-blocking switching matrix suitable for the frequency range 20 MHz … 8 GHz. Due to its extremely wideband frequency range the device is capable of working with the latest standards such as Wi-Fi 6E. This device features 4 inputs which can be connected arbitrarily to 4 outputs. The modern wear-free and solid-state semiconductor rf switches offer a very fast switching time. RSWM-4X4ER can be controlled remotely via USB and Ethernet Control (LAN) interface. Additionally, RSWM-4X4ER offers a MMI on the front panel for local control.

Arbitrary Access to Signals
Using RSWM-4X4ER, four signal sources can be connected arbitrarily to four signal paths without any restriction. For this purpose, all the inputs and outputs are non-blocking. This way, various antenna signals can be switched to different receivers or multiple receivers can be switched to the same antenna.
Excellent RF Characteristics
The modern circuit design of RSWM-4X4ER offers excellent properties in terms of dynamics and isolation. This makes RSWM-4X4ER suited for demanding applications like receiving stations for example.
RSWM-4X4ER is controllable with SCPI-oriented ASCII commands via USB and LAN interface. The device can also be operated locally via MMI on the front panel.
Like many other products of Becker Nachrichtentechnik GmbH, this device offers a TRIGGER IO port. This interface provides a precise trigger pulse which complies with the physical execution of the applied switching command. On the other hand, external pulses can be applied to this port in order to trigger the execution of queued switching commands. Therefore it is possible to link multiple devices to a synchronous switching compound.
With RSWM-4X4ER, the customer gets a valuable and universally usable device. Being designed in a compact way in 3 U, RSWM-4X4ER can be placed in 19” racks or operated as a tabletop unit. The device is supplied by mains voltage.
