TSQA-1X8PMF is a compact, automatic HTOL RF test system with 8 channels suitable for the frequency range 1700 MHz … 9800 MHz. It is designed in 50 ohms technology. The system offers up to 5 W RF output power per channel. Each channel has an ALC for precise output power stability over long periods. The sub system has an internal CW RF source as standard. It also offers 8 input channels in order to monitor the DUT output power levels. TSQA-1X8PMF implements software to automate the complete testing process of e.g. electronic components like semiconductors, SAW/BAW filters and LTCC (Low Temperature Cofired Ceramics) components. Due to its frequency range the HTOL system is suitable for tests with components for the 5G (FR1) standard.

The internal supply voltage of the power amplifier stages automatically fit to the output level in 2 steps. This technology reduces the power consumption and heat development dependent on the power requirement. To avoid an unintentional influence of of faulty DUTs, a high isolation between each channel is guaranteed. The TSQA-1X8PMF offers a typically isolation of 80 dB.
