Becker Nachrichtentechnik offers TSQA-series devices, state-of-the-art compact test systems for RF components. Thanks to their wide frequency range and high output power per channel, these systems reliably cover a variety of demanding applications. Each channel is equipped with its own power amplifier and Automatic Level Control (ALC), and input ports are available for precise monitoring of DUT output power.

With an integrated CW RF source, optional pulse modulation, and comprehensive software automation, RF characterization and qualification tests of semiconductors, SAW/BAW filters, LTCC components, or amplifiers can be performed using the same setup, saving resources and minimizing the risk of errors.

The ALC effectively compensates for external influences, ensuring highly precise output power over long operating periods without drift.

Becker offers extensive software and automation features for the TSQA series:

  • Intuitive GUI & Remote Control: Operate via LAN or USB, with immediate control of all channels.
  • Individual Channel Control: Per-channel power adjustment for parallel testing of small DUT batches.
  • Automated CSALT & SSALT Tests: Wizard-based configuration, logging, pass/fail criteria, automatic RF stress shutdown upon failure.
  • In-situ Scalar Sweeps: Automatic S-parameter measurements during testing without interruption.
  • Multi-tasking: Execute various automation tests simultaneously or sequentially on individual channels of a single device.
  • Test cable compensation: Automatic frequency-dependent consideration of cable losses for more precise measurement results.

For larger numbers of DUTs, multiple TSQA subsystems can be combined into larger systems – compact, centrally controllable, and fully automatable. Becker provides tailor-made turnkey solutions on customer request.
